Warranty & Returns Policy

At VR Auto World LLC, we want you to buy with confidence. The following outlines our standard coverage. We can tailor these details to your exact policy.

Standard Warranty

Used parts: 30-day start-up warranty unless otherwise noted.
New & aftermarket parts: Covered per manufacturer warranty.

Whats Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Replacement or refund is at our discretion after inspection.

Whats Not Covered

Improper installation, misuse, racing/competition, modifications, lack of maintenance, incidental or consequential damages.

Returns

1) Contact us for an RMA before sending anything back.
2) Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories.
3) Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item.
4) A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Core Returns

Core charges are refundable upon receipt and inspection of acceptable cores within the specified timeframe.

Shipping Damage

Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
